By downloading, accessing, or using Element 50, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Eligibility and Accounts
Core gameplay is available without creating an account. Optional account features may require a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
If you are below the age required to manage an online account in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian should create or manage any account-based features for you.
License to Use the Game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Element 50 for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and any platform rules that apply.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
- circumvent security, authentication, or technical restrictions;
- use automation, exploits, or unauthorized tools to manipulate progression or backend systems;
- interfere with the service, infrastructure, or other users;
- use the game for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Progress and Virtual Gameplay Data
Element 50 stores gameplay data either locally on the device or, if you sign in, in cloud services used to support your account and progress. Gameplay progress, unlocks, levels, and resources are part of the service and may change as the game evolves.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, in-game items, resources, levels, and progress do not have real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or property.
Intellectual Property
Element 50, including its software, visual design, text, branding, audio, artwork, and gameplay systems, is owned by its publisher or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to account-based features if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if the service is being misused, or if needed for legal, operational, or security reasons.
You may stop using the game at any time. If you created an account, you may request deletion using the in-app flow or the instructions on Delete Account.
Disclaimers
Element 50 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, revenue, goodwill, or access arising from or related to use of the game.
Changes
We may update the game and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date, publish a new version, or provide other appropriate notice.
