Delete Account

This page explains how players can delete an Element 50 account and the related cloud data. It is intended to support Google Play account deletion requirements.

In-app deletion available Fallback email request available

Delete in the App

  1. Open Element 50 and sign in to the account you want to remove.
  2. Use the account controls shown in the game header.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

When this process succeeds, the app deletes the account's cloud profile and cloud save associated with that signed-in account.

Delete by Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address associated with the account to nightly_lipids_9h@icloud.com with the subject line Element 50 Delete Account Request.

Include enough information for us to identify the account, such as the account email and your in-game callsign if available.

What Gets Deleted

  • Firebase Authentication account credentials for the signed-in account.
  • Cloud profile data related to that account.
  • Cloud save / progress data related to that account.

What May Remain on Device

Device-local guest saves are stored separately on the device. Depending on the platform, those local files may remain until the app data are cleared or the app is uninstalled.

Crash reports or aggregated analytics already processed by our service providers may persist for operational, legal, fraud prevention, or security reasons for a limited period.
